Destination Wedding Invitations

To say that I am in love with our wedding invitations would be an understatement. They so perfectly captured everything that I love and wanted for our wedding day. They were gold/white & clean looking. I wanted something very simplistic with the same fonts as our Save The Date Cards. The coolest thing about our invitations? They were custom made! I’ve always had my heart set on a wedding invitation with multiple parts to it. Our invitation is made up of three flat cards: one is the actual invitation, another has important details, and the third has a pricing information.

Since we are having a Destination Wedding – It was important to us to let our guests know the details of pricing, where the wedding will take place, and any other important information they should know! We wanted to send an invitation them far enough in advance.

There are so many high end invitations where you would spend $500+ dollars on Invitations. I chose a Printable Customized Option and had them printed at a local printing shop. All together I spent $165 for 150 invites (without stamps.)

We ordered a customized stamp and ink pad, which I’m so glad we did! It was not only easier on our end, but I feel like it was a great addition to our invitations. We tried to correlate the fonts from our invites to the stamp. You can find our customized stamp HERE.

Travel Agents make things so much easier when traveling, and that is the same case with a Destination Wedding. They are there to answer guests questions, find the best rates, and will be our RSVP service when guests book their room. We are working with RWD Travel – and have had the best experience so far! They will give us weekly updates on when guests are booking which is making life a little bit easier! I would definitely recommend hiring them for your next weekend group or leisure travel!
