Autumn Checklist

Summer is officially over and fall is here!

At the very beginning of summer I put together A SUMMER BUCKET LIST filled with things I knew would make the season a little more special. We’re leaving summer filled with some wonderful memories and can’t wait to create more in fall! Even though there were some things we didn’t get to, we did do a good amount and the list was a huge encouragement. I thought I’d continue doing one for fall although, I have to admit, I’ve already gotten started on a few of these. Even though this week is the first official week of fall I love the season so much that I really start to celebrate in mid September. Here are some of the things I’m looking forward to doing this season:

* Have a fall party/potluck party

* Go apple picking

* Perfect our pumpkin pie recipe

* Run a half marathon

* Donate to a food drive

* Find a favorite pumpkin drink at Starbucks {Pumpkin Spice Latte}

* Go on a thrifting/antiquing trip

* Find a local Oktoberfest for sausage and beer

* Have a wine tasting weekend

* Go to a haunted house

* Have a pumpkin carving contest

* Take a nature walk

* Host a chili cook-off

* Go to a football game

* Make caramel apples

Summer Bucket List – 2014

I’m excited to get a jump on things ( even though we have another month before summer.) Never too early to start planning right? And there’s only a little less than 14 weeks left once it does start, I figured what better way to end the countdown then by posting this Summer Fun Checklist! You’re welcome to pin it and print it, and also to share any ideas for fun activities that you and yours like to do for the summer. Here it is!

Well, there you have it! I don’t know about you but just reading through those things make me all excited for the Summer. I really have high hopes for this season, and actually it was hard to just stop at these few things, so I may just have to print this off and write all in the margins. and now its your turn! Again – feel free to print it off if you like, or pin it for later, or both!

Do you have any fun/exciting summer plans? I would love to hear!
