Graze Box Review & Free Promo Code

Who doesn’t love snacking? I believe that a single day isn’t fully fulfilled until there are snacks involved somewhere.

I especially love snacks that come in a wide variety and range! Graze Box provides a big variety of options for every type of snacker.

Graze is a snack subscription box that has become a lifesaver for me. I LOVE snacks while working and while working from home it seems that I like to snack at all hours of the day. Luckily for me – Graze has over 100 snacks to choose from. There are options for low-carb, high protein, under 150 calories, vegan, and many more. As you can see there is something for everyone. You tell them what you like and they will hand pick 8 different snacks and send them right to your doorstep (no need to even provide a signature.).

I really enjoyed the Chocolate Cherry Protein Granola Topper. It’s a great addition to my yogurt I enjoy almost every morning!

Jamberry Nails Review

There’s a lot of buzz on Facebook about Jamberry Nail Wraps. Given that I nearly ruined my nails with shellac & gel manicure removals, I was hoping these wraps would give my nails a little needed breather and also last for quite some time. I am good at painting my own nails, but somehow within a couple of hours they are either smudged or chipped (which we can all agree is no good.)

Jamberry nails are sold through independent consultants (like my friend Lindsey) and have a basic cost of $15/sheet, with enough wraps for 2-3 applications, depending on how you use them. They work on both fingers & toes.

Supplies you will need:

  • Nail Shields
  • Sharp Nail Scissor
  • Nail File/Buffer
  • Polish for non-accent nails (if applicable)
  • Rubber Tipped Cuticle Pusher
  • Nail Polish Remover or Rubbing Alcohol
  • Hair Dryer

    Instructions:

    1. File your tips and push back your cuticles
    2. Clean your prepped nails with nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol to dehydrate the nail bed a bit and remove any filing dust
    3. Match your nail to the wrap that fits best. Going a bit smaller is better than bigger. If the wrap touches your skin – it won’t hold as well.
    4. Peel off the nail wrap
    5. Heat the wrap for about 10-15 seconds or until it is bending and flexible
    6. Press the wrap onto your nail. Apply firm pressure at the base of the nail and move straight up to the tip before smoothing outward toward the edges. Use the Rubber Tipped Cuticle Pusher to seal the wrap around the edges.
    7. Use your Hair Dryer to warm the nail wrap on your finger. This will seal the wrap to your nail even better.
    8. Trim the extra wrap off with SHARP scissors. I had difficulties with this in the beginning, but figured out the scissors I was using weren’t as sharp as what they needed to be.
    9. Use a nail file to file off the edges using a downward motion.

Whew, I know that sounded like a lot of steps – but it really only took me 10 minutes to apply 2 nail wraps to each hand. There are so many styles to choose from – how will I ever decide on my next set of Jamberry Nails? I have my eye on this design! oh….and this one! Too many choices! Well, I think I’m sold – this is a fun, safe alternative to shellac (which did a number on my nails.)

Interested in shopping for some Jamberry Wraps of your own? There is often a Buy 3, Get 1 Free deal or offer of some sort running.

I purchased all of my own Jamberry Nail Wraps from my friend Lindsey. I am reviewing them here just to let other people know my experience with them, before they take the plunge themselves.
